Changes To Your Order:
Please be sure to make any necessary changes to to your order before submitting. Once order has been submitted, no changes can be made.
Payment
Payment methods accepted by GraphicVacation.com are:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed. Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, GraphicVacation.com will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available.
Back Orders
You will be notified immediately if an item you have ordered is not available. We do not ship backorders.
Shipping Options
GraphicVacation.com currently ships to the 50 United States, U.S Territories, APO/FPO's and internationally. We ship UPS Ground, 2 Day and Next Day within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For shipments outside of the continental United States, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Please use your tracking number to track the progress of your order at www.ups.com.
Estimating Delivery Dates
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- UPS pick-ups occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
UPS Ground (5-8 business days)
Your order should arrive within 1 to 8 business days after it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST Monday through Wednesday will ship the following day (excluding holidays) and will arrive in 1-8 business days.
- Orders placed by 2 p.m PST Friday will ship Monday (excluding holidays) and will arrive in 1-8 business days.
- Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday (excluding holidays) and will arrive in 1-8 business days.
UPS 2nd Day (2 business days)
2 Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. 2 Day delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Orders placed by 12 p.m. PST Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive in 2 business days.
- Orders placed by 12 p.m. PST Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed by 12 p.m. PST Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and will arrive Wednesday.
- Orders placed after 12 p.m PST Monday through Friday will ship the following business day.
UPS Next Day (1 business day)
Next Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. Next Day delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Orders placed by 12 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.
- Orders placed between 12:01 p.m. PST Thursday and 12 p.m. PST Friday will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST Friday will arrive Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
Shipping Carriers
UPS is our standard shipping carrier for orders in the continental U.S.
USPS is used for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S Territories, internationally and APO/FPO's.
Shipping Addresses
You can choose to send a package to:
- The same address as the billing address on your credit card.
- An alternate address that you enter during checkout.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address.
Orders totaling $100 or more can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card used.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
Checking Your Order History
If you have placed an order at GraphicVacation.com we will send you an email confirming your order has been received and another email confirming that your order has shipped. You can check the current status of the order by clicking on the order number in these emails. Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated. If you have created an account you can also check the status of your orders by clicking on Order Status.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and/or exchanges are approved on a case by case basis.
Requests for returns and/or echanges must be received within 15 days of purchase.
To return or exchange an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number from our customer service department. Returns or exchanges without an RA number will not be accepted.
To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact our customer service department via email at returns@graphicvacation.com.
Once you have received a Return Authorization number via email, please write the number on the outside of the box and include a copy of your packing slip when shipping it back to us.
